Recruitment Process

STEP 01

Application Submission

We have ongoing recruitment, and applications can be submitted through various job-related websites.
STEP 02

Document Screening

We review whether the applicant is suitable for the position based on the needs of the department. We also verify the accuracy of the information provided in the application form.
STEP 03

Interview Process

After passing the document screening, we assess the applicant's intellectual abilities, job performance capabilities, and organizational adaptability in their field of expertise. Required documents: Copies of various certifications, portfolio.
STEP 04

Hiring

After successfully passing the interview, we select the final candidate based on the number of available positions.

Software Development (SI field)	Applicants with experience in large-scale SI projects based on Oracle and MS, and those with PM experience.
Software Development (Healthcare Information field)	Applicants with more than 1 year of experience in healthcare information development for hospitals, clinics, etc.
Web Development	Applicants for web development in the healthcare information field for hospitals, clinics, etc.
Technical Sales	Applicants with experience in technical sales for hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Customer Support	Applicants with experience in maintenance and customer support for hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Pharmacist	Applicants with experience in managing pharmaceutical content (druginfo.co.kr), experience in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, pharmacies, or online fields.
Education Operations Management	Applicants with experience in managing education systems, educational project management, and educational administration.
Instructor for BIT Education Center	IT instructors for BIT Education Center and BITCamp.
